i'm looking for a nice used set of front fender fillers for my 1970 442,

I think he means the metal piece in the front inside of the fender that is screwed on... But I could be mistaken!

Sorry for the confusion not sure what that correct name for the part is but the part i'm looking for is the metal piece thats inside the fender and screwed on. like btrbill said

I may have a left one from a good fender a tree fell on. Let me look and I will check its condition.

I think he's referring to what most of us call an inner liner? GM called them fillers. The 70-72 filler plates were plastic though.

I think he means the "L" shaped metal pieces that hold the front of the fender to the outer top edges of the core support.

Also.....you better check and see if there's a difference b/n the '70 versions and the '71/2's. Not sure that there is but worth finding out in case there is to avoid getting the wrong part. I'll check with a guy here that has an interchange manual.

The '70 version is different from the '71/72 versions.

Thr photo that 70post has is the piece that i'm looking for and i thought that the 1970 was different then 71-72.

Brett, if you're talking about the inner wheel liners? Yes they are plastic. I'm sure the 70 was plastic too.

The part that Patton identified and was the part being searched for is metal. On all of the Cutlass lines for 70-72

Ahhhh sooooo you were describing inner fender liners, I misunderstood. Yes the Part Patton Pic'd...Thought you meant the fender eybrow liners were plastic.Had me very curious. Thanks, G'day
