Looking to freshen it up ..........

Hi all, I have been taking a real close up look at the 66 442 I just bought, and notice that some of the exterior chrome needs to be freshened up. I am looking for some nicer replacement parts, but they don't have to be NOS by any means. (not goin for a points car here ) Here is some of the parts I would like to replace:

Both Door Handles
Trunk trim piece (goes across bottom of trunk lid)
Tail Light Bezels (lenses too if not cracked)
Headlight Bezels

It also turns out that I need new parts for the windshield washers...... everything except the switch in the dash. Wipers work fine, but washer parts are junk, tubing split, resevoir cracked, etc.

Emergency brake not working properly - looked underneath and that's because it's, well for sake of propriety, 'Mickey Moused'. So, if anyone has a complete set of the e-brake cables and clips, etc. I would be very interested in those also.

The deeper I go, the more I find ( I know, been there, done that...........) This car must have spent some time outside during it's lifetime. I'm sure there will be more to come..........

Thanks for any help you can provide!
Randy

Just a question, can you define freshened up. Are the pieces straight, rusty, discolored, pitted?? Because there are ways to clean and restore what you already have. Got any pics of the offending items?

Mostly pitting...... the chrome pieces all have some major pitting, the trunk lid trim piece also has a couple of small dents, tail light lenses have spiderweb cracks. Windshield washer parts decayed beyond use

E-brake parts not corrrect or home made. Here are some pics to give an idea of what I am referring to. If these pieces can be saved that would be great.
