Radiator Overflow Jug
Try a GM dealer, a lot of the overflow tanks are still currently in the parts system. I realized this when I say new ones being sold on eBay and they have the stickers on them with bar codes as currently used.
What kind are you looking for? There are real simple ones and there are repros that match the period correctness for 200.00

You can pay up to 36.00+ at Year One/OPGI for this or go to any of these and get the same thing for around 14.00

Parts Place /Fusicks / sell

for around 200.00 if you're looking for a tank that fits the era

I have used the ones from Year One on two different cars--both were fine. There have been several for sale on eBay for higher than what I would call realistic prices. The ones I used from Year One look and fit as intended and were not over-priced.
Why do you need one? If you have an overheating problem, that won't fix it. I don't believe 71 used one and the radiator wasn't designed for one. I have a 72 with 350 and A/C in south Florida and mine has never dropped a single drop of coolant. It ran HOT when I bought it 4 years ago, but a new original type radiator, cap and new fan clutch solved the problem. Oh, and it also had a bad distributor vacuum advance.

. If nothing else it will keep the coolant off the ground and back in the system where it belongs.
