I'm looking for a rear bumper for a 1968 tornado I'm in illinois

 

Try the parts wanted section, might get better hits there. And is the 69 bumper the same as the 68? if so might have one for you

 

there is a Mike Fisher in Illinois that at one time had some 60s Toronado stuff. i don't know if he has what you need but worth a try. i will try to dig up his number and send you a PM.

 

Mike's good to deal with. Haven't heard from him in years but always got a fair and excellent deal from him. He's in Blue Mound, right?

68-70 will bolt up. You'll have to do some drill work to mount 68 taillights in a 69 bumper and viceversa. 70 bumper has the rear marker lamps built into it and I believe taillight pod mounting is same as 69. The 68 reverse lamps will mount in the 69-70 license plate recess; again, may have to drill a mounting hole or two.

not sure if the 68 69 rear bumpers are interchangeable some one on ebay told me they can't be swapped as the 69 rear of car is longer than the 68 tornado?
