Wiper switch

Can anybody tell me where I can find a 2 speed wiper switch for my 65 Cutlass? On-line the only one I can find is the 1 speed.
Thanks,
Wilson

The original part number is 1993665. This switch was only used on 1964-65 F85s and Chevelles from what I can see in the parts books. There are no new ones available. Search that part number on Google as some N.O.S. switches show up occasionally.

Can I just use a one speed switch until I find a two speed?

Joe, I apologize in advance, it's been a while since I've used the forum and am not that familiar with how it works any more. I didn't know if you had seen my question about using a one speed switch in place of the two speed.

Well, kind of, but it will only work on low speed. You need to ground the black wire in the switch connector and run the black/pink wire to the terminal on the single speed switch. This will give you low speed only. To get high speed you would need to disconnect the black wire from ground, but then you would need to reconnect it when you turn the wipers off to get them to park correctly. The correct two speed switch does all this internally.
