77 Cutlass Rear window molding

Looking for stainless steel rear window molding for a 77 Cutlass Supreme Brougham. See attached picture. Only need left (drivers side) half but would buy full set.

I didn't realize 77's had the stainless around the rear. Prior years seem to be the same color as the top. Google search shows both colored and stainless on 77's. You might try going for the matching color ones assuming the vinyl top is factory color (or you paint). Just giving you some different options.

Mouldings

To the best of my knowledge, the bright mouldings were used on Supreme’s without landau tops, the landau models had painted pebbles steel mouldings

Brett

ps. Which isn’t to say someone at some point may have installed bright moulding on a landau top car

also none of front or rear windshield mouldings are stainless, they are anodized aluminum

Thanks, I guess it's anodized aluminum. It is definitely original. The anodized aluminum moulding came with the white landau roof when my mother-in-law bought the car new from the dealership in July 1977.

Thanks but I already have a set of painted moulding that I pulled off a wreck at the wreckers. Really hoping to match the original with the stainless/aluminum moulding.

Thanks, may have to do that if I am unsuccessful in finding the bright ones.

No idea if this site is reliable or even active. But they list your parts assuming the 73-77 A-bodies used the same parts. Could be worth a shot.
