Just checking if anyone has this emblem for a '76 cutlass dash? I assume it bolts in from the back?

It just snaps in from the front. It can be carefully pried out from the front. Rather than taking it out and risk breaking it, try what I do: If it’s not cracked, restore it on the car. Spray some glass cleaner at it. Scrub it with a toothbrush. Before it dries blow it off real good with an air hose. Just to be sure take a clean towel and wipe what you can get to with the towel. Go to a craft store like a Hobby Lobby or a Michael’s and find a Krylon chrome leaf pen and run that on the surface of the raised Oldsmobile letters. The mold is sharp enough you should get some sharp lines. It should look much better.
