66-67 400 - Rods & Caps

Looking for four (4) connecting rods and at least two (2) main bearing caps for a '66 400. May consider a complete short block. Thanks in advance!

I believe the 425 rods are the same, don't know about the main caps. I've got some core engines in Oregon that I would sell the rods from. But I'm afraid if I sell the main caps I'll not be able to do anything with the block. As Kennybill asked, please post your location as it will help others know if your close enough to purchase a short block without the shipping killing the deal. John

I've got a '66/'67 400 that's freeze cracked on the outside, I'd sell the whole set of main caps for $40. I've also got a lot of 400/425 rods, $10 each. No spun bearings in any of the rods or mains, rods may still need some reconditioning just due to age and run time. I've also got a std. bore 400 short block in pieces, but it has a sleeve in one cylinder. Don't know what happened to it, that's the way I got it. Doesn't appear to have any issues relating to the sleeve install, must have had a chewed up cylinder wall at one time and someone fixed it with the sleeve and decided not to got the overbore route. $450 for the short block with a std/std auto crankshaft and a set of rods. Might have a stick crank for additional cost but would have to look. All prices are plus shipping. I'm in Wisconsin.
