Trying to find the “C” clip and cable support “arm” as shown in the following figure from the 1971 FISHER BODY MANUAL. I know the part was used on other model years but I don’t know specifically which years. I have all the other parts for the mirror on my car. The complete mirror assembly was part number 404550. I haven’t been able to locate part numbers for the clip or support arm separately. A previous owner/modifier reassembled the door without these 2 parts. Shipment will be to 23518, if purchased.

Don, I made the C clip out of a stiff wire (almost like a coat hanger wire) when mine went missing.

 

Thank you both. Thanks to Murph I will be able to get the support arm, and yes Patl I’ll make the clip. Patl, I thought maybe the clip needed to be spring steel, I appreciate knowing that the correct gauge wire should work.
