Looking for a set of valve lifters for a 66 Toronado 400 .921 - set 16 pcs.

Last set I bought was from Johnson...HY Lift... It was confusing because they listed them also for a 394 and there is info around that you can't use 394 lifters in a 400 or 425 with .921 lifters but I guess as long as they have the oil passage for the pushrods and correct internals I guess they are good.... I have had no issue with them so far.

 

You can use the 400/425, 0.921 dia. lifters in the earlier 394 but not the other way around; the 394 specific lifters do not have the oiling provision to the pushrods. I see that you are in Poland and not in the USA. There are several Oldsmobile vendors that stock or can get the .921 dia. lifters for the 442 and Toronado engines including Mark Remmel in Florida.
