the car has been on there a while ~6 months at least

I looked at that car. Canadian built, factory hump cut for m/t, rotted pretty good, floors etc. The car is pictured with appendages that are not included.

 

You might try either DVAP (Phoenix AZ) or CTC auto ranch (Denton TX). DVAP elicits a range of emotions from different people. Also they are in the process of moving, so they might be very scattered right now. Personally don't know of anything in the southern NM / Las Cruces area. I do have a friend in El Paso who might be able to find something.
