Hi Tom, Ed here. If you are searching for the 69 Hurst convert, be very careful. There is a guy down here that built a very convincing 69 Hurst convert. Everything looks correct. He might possibly have taken a 69 coupe and used all of the parts to build the convert.

Thanks to those who responded to my post.
Judy was able to help me.
My intent was to verify when my car was built within the sequence of the overall '69 H/O production.
Although Judy's information doesn't include a listing for all production units, including mine, I've at least been able to confirm the car is legit.
Thanks again.

Congrats on finding a real-deal '69 H/O! Who, may I ask, did you choose to do the restoration?

firefrost_gold,
The wing foot tires on my car probably only have around five hundred miles on them but are probably at least 20 years old.
Will likely purchase "Polyglass" tires after resto is complete.

Fred,
Great idea about joining H/O Club - will do.

Did you find out if your car was listed in the registry? Congrats on the start of your restoration. I read through your other thread. Nice!

First time on CO for a while.
I sent the VIN and date code to Judy Badgley.
Apparently some VIN's are missing from the list, mine happens to be one of them.
My car was produced within the correct range of numbers.

I've renewed my H/OCA membership from a long time ago. Should get my card soon.
I am planning to attend the 50th Anniv event. Would be fantastic to do so with the H/O.
