Just as the title says, looking for a 455 Olds motor that is rebuildable. Preferrably in the Cincinnati or tri-state area. Can be out of any vehicle any year.

Stick or automatic?

 

Does not matter. Don't need the intake or exhaust manifolds either. Even a short block may be okay. Just looking for a decent motor to rebuild for a boat. The Olds 455 that was in it tossed a rod and the block is a mess. If push comes to shove we could probably use the existing heads. Would prefer that the motor be original, meaning, never been rebuilt before.
