The big key is that the inner panel must be OEM (no repops) and in great condition. Must not have any tears/scraps into the vinyl on the panel. Can be any color, as I will be dying black. As needed, I can purchase both sides if someone does not wish to split a set. These inner panels were susceptible to getting worn and damaged right at the corner where passengers would rub against that area as they enter the back seats on convertibles.
