Wanted a set of 4 70-72 bottom fender bolts

I know this request is a bit lame but I would like to find a nice clean set of 4 fender bolts with the pressed on heavy washer (washer and bolt are one unit) for the bottom of the front fenders (2 on each side). I will accept donations😎... Al

This is what you need. first pic is how they look on my cars. so I buy from a bolt shop in my town, rest of pics show what I buy with maker and part number. You see some dirt on a few, those are used ones, I used and put back in box!

I know it is not correct but I replaced mine with stainless steel. Might make it easier to remove later on.

Rustbucket2 - Good suggestion with part numbers to buy new bolts. Larry - Stainless is a good idea. However, I like the original bolts and with a nice coat of anti seize compound on the threads which might help if they ever need to be removed. I figure our collector cars are not driven on salty roads much. Regards, Trent in Los Angeles.

I don't know if they are a correct frame off restoration part, but they work great.

To be honest I’m not sure. I would need to have a closer look. I’m happy to order a box of the fasteners posted by Rustbucket2. They will work perfectly. Al

Hey Rustbucket2. I have tried the local fastener suppliers up here and come up empty handed. I have emailed the company you bought yours from and hopefully they will sell a box. Curious what your box of 25 cost.

Al:

Take one of the bolts to Hardware Sales off State in Bellingham. I would be surprised if they don’t have what you need.

Thanks Retro. I went onto Amazon and ordered a set. Appreciate your help. This is what makes this such a great site!
We sure get screwed as Canadians. It’s a US supplier and I tried to initially order delivery to my house up here. The shipping and handling portion was $27. I then changed delivery to my US shipping address in Blaine, Wa and it dropped to $12. Very frustrating but that’s the way it is. Thanks again for the link. Al

Not sure why USA and Canada don't get along. Last time I was there from Mich. to Canada I had my Grandson and almost didn't get him back to the States. I had a check from Canada and my US bank held the check for 30 days then cashed it.
