WTB - Rear sway bar for 72 Cutlass

I bought a bar earlier this summer from a member here, but it turned out that it was NOT for a 72 cutlass... Hopefully a second try will be successful.

I am seeking either the factory 7/8" or aftermarket 1" rear bar for a 1972 Cutlass.
I can buy a new repro 1" for 100 but due to the loss incurred on the first one, I hope to find one for less.
Used is fine as long as it is restorable with some light sanding and painting.
(I don't want one looking like it went down with the 'Titanic'...)

Please let me know what you have.
Thanks!

Are you going to be at the Olds Club of America regional meet in October??

It's being held at the Marriott Hotel across from that Nascar track that is NW? of Ft Worth...October 19 or so.

They will kill you on shipping for that one item at GMPD...ok, maybe not that bad, looks like $20 shipping but I may be able to find a clean used CORRECT one down here and bring it up then.

I have a correct one for 10 bolts from a 66 car if you want used. The bow isn't as deep as the 394926 which also fits 12 bolt rears.

Well I had not planned to be there only because I did not know about it! Have any other info about the meet?

Would love to meet some members and see some Olds', along with enjoying a road trip.
Let me know if you have a bar - I can pick it up there. Great motivation to go, also. Yes, 20 is the going rate on sway bars and I would like to avoid it. Thanks!!

October 16-18 DFW Marriott Hotel at 3300 Championship Pkwy. Fort Worth, TX. Judging on Saturday and the plan is to head out to North Star Dragway on Saturday evening.

Let me see what I can find here on the rear bar. I'll be back.

Thanks

So is it possible to just go there without entering the judging? It is very obvious that I am not done with the interior, so no need to win for losing...

I would go in the morning and drive home that night, since it is only an hour drive. The drags would be way cool to watch!

Heck yes!!!...the more Olds's the better, in the show, etc it should not matter. Just make it over there.
