Fusick sells the matching left side as well. Since your current mirror is not in the best of shape, you might consider buying both so they match and are brand new. It would probably spruce up the looks of your car nicely.
I think a problem you might run into if you try to find something original is that a passenger-side mirror was not offered on any full-size Olds in 1969. Such things were often offered as a dealer add-on. Anything you find NOS will probably cost a small fortune unless you get one off of a parts car, but, again, it would require that that car be one where the original purchaser had the dealer install a right-side mirror.
Your driver's side mirror is a remote control mirror. The passenger side mirror is not and because of this it did not match the driver's side even from the factory.
