Looking to buy a set of 62 bumper brackets for full size. Driver quality.

Probably both! I haven't removed the rear bumper off the parts car yet, but it's sagging.

I have a parts car as well and the Bumper is sagging but the brackets are 3/8" thick so it's the Bumper mount and Frame that's making it sag.
