Have you tried www.car-part.com? I just took a look for VA and there are a few listed but no guarantee they are still there. I've found some of these places don't always keep their inventory current with what the show on the car-part site but it might be worth a try. I looked at MD too and there was nothing available.

 

My dad has one that is not bent. I think it has some pitting in the chrome on the outside edges. He said he would take $50 for it but it may be a week or two till I could pull it. I have no idea what shipping would be but likely close to $100.
