WTB: #5 head
WTB: #5 head
Hi All,
Well, I'm in the middle of restoring my wife's '55 Chev pickup truck (that's why you haven't heard from me in a while), but the winter weather is driving me to the basement. I thought I'd grind on the ports of my #5 heads, so I had them cleaned. Sure enough, one of them is cracked and I need one. Date code is not important to me.
Also, if someone needs a #4 head I have one and can help out.
Thanks,
Bob

Bob, I should have a single #5 as I stripped down an engine a few years ago with the same results, one head badly cracked. If nobody else comes up with one soon I'll try to go through my clutter and see if I can find it. John
