I'm probably shooting at straws finding this, but the first step is to ask. I believe the image below is of an OEM luggage rack on a 1969. I'm not certain, I believe they were offered by dealer installation through 1976(?) and factory installation in 1977. After which, I am not certain if they were offered by the factory.
