WTB: 1967 B Body PB Booster
I 'm a little confused here. I have a '67 Delta 88, which is a B body, and I bought a new power brake booster at Autozone. For these cars, a dual brake system was standard equipment. I bought a new master cylinder to go with it, and I put both in the car with no problems. Not sure why you can't find one.
Here's Autozone. About $80.

NAPA shows one as well. About $90.

Rockauto shows several available as well. I'm sure O'Reilly's and others would have it, too.

Raybestos MC 36236 if you have the Morraine booster
Raybestos MC 36234 if you have the Bendix booster
Both are available at RockAuto.
If you are really trying to put a dual circuit master cylinder on a 1965 full size (per your screen name), you don't need a new booster. Just use the dual circuit master cylinder from a 1966 Cadillac. It has the correct deep piston to work with the long pushrod on a 1965 booster.

That's a drum brake master cylinder. The secret is to use a 1967 Corvette master cylinder. The 67 Vette used a deep bore piston for both manual brakes (1" bore) and power brakes (1.125" bore). These are available as Raybestos MC36367 (manual) and MC39018 (power). Either one will bolt to your long pushrod booster. Since these are four wheel disc M/Cs, they do not have the residual pressure valve in the outlet port to the rear brakes. You can add an aftermarket one easily.

If your end goal is to put a disc brake M/C on a 1965 Starfire (which I am still only guessing at based on your original post and screen name), you have two options.
1) Use a 1967-70 booster with the short pushrod and a matching shallow bore M/C. Note that this is the booster you say no one has in stock.
2) Use your existing 1965 booster with the long pushrod and a deep bore M/C. The options I outlined above are all DEEP BORE master cylinders that will work with your current booster. They will NOT work with a 1967-70 Oldsmobile booster with the short pushrod.
I don't know what you are "tearing into" with your booster. If you are saying that your existing 1965 booster needs to be rebuilt, then you have a third option, which is to simply replace the long pushrod with a short one during the rebuild and use a more common shallow bore M/C on your current booster. Inline Tube sells both styles of pushrods.
FYI, you will get a better answer sooner if you tell us all the pertinent information up front. The mind reading thing isn't really working.
Let me start again.

Sorry about the confusion, I'll start over. I'm looking for a 67 booster for disc brake conversion on my 65 Starfire (scarebird conversion, and I've mic'd my spindles to make sure they aren't the small bore). The booster that came out of of the car is no good, will need to be rebuilt with a shorter rod if I do end up using it. I searched for a new booster for a 67 delta (per recommendations on here for the dual chambered master cyclinder) the only ones I could find were out of stock or with some manufactures discontinuing the part altogether. Searched mainly Google, eBay, summit, jegs etc. eBay has some but no info on vehicle fitment and what not. That's why I'm looking to buy one here or see where I can get one.

1) Rebuild your current booster with the stock LONG pushrod (or buy a direct replacement) and use the 1967 Corvette deep bore M/C I listed above.
2) Rebuild your current booster with a short pushrod and use any 1967-up Oldsmobile (or any GM) shallow bore M/C
3) Find the illusive 67 booster with short pushrod and use any 1967-up shallow bore M/C
So again, you have three options.

I'd prefer to get the 67 over rebuilding the 1965 I have
