Wanted - good Rochester 4MV carb body

I need a new carb body for by 7027131. It is leaking gas into the intake, which makes it hard to start - hot or cold. Mechanic said I need a good carb body, and it needs to be a Rochester 4MV.

Any leads are appreciated!

All my best,

Tom Severski

Most older Q-jets have leaking well plugs; the plugs that are pressed into the bottom after machine work is completed at the factory. There are various kits to repair this or you can use epoxy.

Just a word to the wise - the top plate and body tend to warp together, so it's difficult to swap out just the body. You might be best building a new carb to just swap on.
Or, the current body may be repaired depending on what's going wrong.

Tom, I've got a couple 1966 and 67 Toro carbs. If you decide to get another complete one to try and piece together one good carb let me know. It may take a couple days but I can send you some photos.

John,

I would very much appreciate it if you have a 7027131 and could send a few pics with the price.

Thanks,

Tom

Tom, I'll check the numbers. But I know I've got carbs from both 1966 and 67 toronados. John
