Rochester 4GC Carb #7024050 wanted

I am looking for a rochester 4GC Carb #7024050 that it ready to go on the car. Im not looking for anything that needs rebuilt or cores. If you have one, or know where I can get 1 let me know and how much.

**** I also have a rochester 4GC #7040955 I am selling/trading that has been professionally rebuilt and ready to bolt on.

The trouble with 4GC is that they have an aluminum ID tag attached under one of the airhorn screws. 99-44/100% of the time, that tag gets trashed in a rebuild and is no longer with the carb. And that is the only positive way of ID-ing a 4GC. Basically any 1961-64 394 4GC will work on your car, and possibly 59-60.

Try Don Monroe in Tacoma WA 253-566-8488 evenings. He knows 4GC and usually has some in stock ready to go, rebuilt and run tested for around $225 + S&H. Now whether he can supply one with the tag, that's always a crapshoot.

Thanks RocketRaider
So the 4GC I have for a 1962 w/ac will work even though I dont have ac on my car? Im pretty new to the carb and intake conversion on the 394 c.i.
