This is going to be a tough one to find. Maybe Chevy, Pontiac and Buick are the same. There are people that rebuild these. Fusick has a rebuild service but I don't know if it goes back this far. Good luck.

I had vacuum wiper on my 1962 Buick, and I took the top cover off, and sprayed some penetrating oil onto the flapper, and cleaned out the built up gunk at the bottom. Once everything was cleaned up, it worked as well as you could expect from a vacuum wiper motor. They were not terribly efficient or reliable when new, so don't expect much more from it today. The hardest thing to find back in the 1960's for a vacuum wiper motor, was the rubber wiper blade. Not many reproduction parts back then.

Junkman you are right. It's not that I'll be driving it in the rain but more that I want everything to 'work' as planned.

Redoldsman I agree. I haven't seen another like it. Plenty of stuff for Fords.

Charlie Jones, Thanks I'll give them a try.
