Dude's making a "how I would have designed it" car, I doubt he cares that neither FM or 8 track were available in the A body Olds in 66. He's also still mad butt-hurt I called his car a resto-mod, lol.

Why don't you get off his *** and quit making an *** out of yourself. I remember when you first got into these boards and I remember your knowledge wasn't the best. I have forgotten more than you will ever know & if I sound pissed I am. I am tired of your crap and put me on ignore if you don't want to hear about it. As far as I know you have never built a car but you know everything...................meh

Your wrong about that. I don't drink or do drugs or smoke pot. My comments came from the heart and like I said if you don't like it, put me on ignore. I don't need or want your forgiveness. I'm pissed because you're talking crap about a guy who I have found to be one of the nicest guys I've ever done business with. It's not his $$$$ that makes me like him, I don't need $$$$$. Everything I own is paid for, I owe nothing to nobody and $$$$ doesn't motivate me. I do this as a hobby, not to pay the power bill. So like I said, get off your high ***.

66-3x2 442, aka Mike is one of the finest, most knowledgeable, no bull💩 folks on this site. I have personally got to know him by asking for his help in matters all Oldsmobile. I have purchased parts, always exactly what they are said to be, have bugged him incessantly for knowledge on my car and w30 cars in general. Does he get tired of me asking questions? Probably, but he never fails to get me correct information. His love of Oldsmobiles goes back his whole dang life. His desire to help others and to stop truth decay is highly commendable ..( thanks JP for the truth decay term) Some folks only know how to build themself up by tearing others down. Mike isn’t one of them I can assure you. I for one appreciate the hell out of him..

Mike - here is the Tripower Installed - thanks for your help - the kit you supplied was amazing !!

Thanks To Mike This Car Now is so nice to drive - almost like Turbo Kicking in when the progessive linkage opens the the W30 spec'd 455 his rework with the larger jets really worked well .

A betterLook of his handy work - the carbs all look brand new as did all parts he supplied - what an easy kits to install dues to his attention to detail.

The new Wheels gives it the true classic look that the car deserves

rocket guy

that manifold is actually as I received it from Mike - so please ask him - I loved the look as it fits in well with my edelbrock valve covers and dresses the engine bay up over factory paint and colors

FOR THOSE THAT WERE ON MY CASE ABOUT " WHAT I WAS DOING WITH MY CAR " THIS CAR IS NOW A TRIBUTE TO A 60 YEAR OLD CLASSIC AND FEW IF ANY WOULD NOT KNOW IT WAS NOT BONE STOCK - ALL I KNOW IS WHERE EVER I GO WITH IT IT JUST GETS A THUMBS UP AND A LOT OF QUESTIONS ASKED AND COMPLIMENTS STEADY EVEN FROM THE RICE ROCKET YOUNGER CROWD

Frank you know what would look really great on that engine? I was just going to list these for sale, if anyone had a red engine. They have been powder coated and then the fins and name block sanded.

If interested, email me direct: drolds1@bellsouth.net. I have additional pics. Thanks, Bob.

Shipping

Frank, Great talking to you today. How ironic that we both drove a '67 GTX when they were new, but wound up with Olds'. PM sent with total including shipping and insurance. Thanks, Bob.
