Th350 Transmission

Anybody within a couple hours of New Jersey have a stock th350 transmission they would want to part with? This would be going into my daily driver 77 cutlass. Id be willing to buy a rebuildable core, or a known good unit. I would prefer to pick it up myself, and pay cash. I worked in shipping, and i wouldn't want to have to deal with shipping this. Thanks in advance!

Remember to check for correct tailshaft length and correct bell housing pattern. The speedo drive gear may need to be changed. Keep your old driven gear as a reference point.

And make sure it’s a 350, and not a 350C. Look for and electrical connector in the case. Don’t confuse a pressure switch with a TCC connector.

Also make sure the trans you are looking at does NOT have a band adjustment screw, that’s a 250C transmission. And if it’s a one piece case (no removable extension housing) you are looking at a 200 trans.

All of these transmissions look similar, don’t get screwed.

X2, the connector would be on the driver's side near the shift linkage for the 350C. The threaded/locknut external band adjustment would be on the pass side not far from where the cooler lines enter.
