I'm looking for a nice set of 4 SS1 all chrome wheels. They need to be 15" either 7" or 8" width.

I think the only OEM all chrome SS1s were 1971 and I think those were 14". Please correct me if this is wrong. I may consider these.

So, it's likely I'm looking for aftermarket wheels. I think Wheel Vintiques had what I'm looking for, but I don't think they carry them anymore. Does anyone carry these in 15 x7 or 15 x 8?

My only real stipulation is that they are Made in America.

My other consideration would be a nice set of American Racing Torq-Thrust Original wheels. Not the "D"s or "II"s (curved) version. I'm ok with original or repop as long as they're the right size and Made in America.

I believe these are 15" aftermarket SS1s.

Long time no see. Back in the 90's I researched these wheels when I had an active website (screen shot attached)
The All Chrome SSI's were offered in 1971 and they were 14x7. In the late 90's the after market were available in wider widths.

If you decide to go with the 14" All Chrome SSI. I have 4 mint All Chrome 14x7 wheels that I saved in the 90's and put in dry storage on top of the pallet rack. It will take me a while to get to them. I also have 1 extra single in very good condition but not as mint as the original 4. If you are interested, I will dig them up for local pick up in Austin only.

The best deal I've seen for an SSI type wheel is this $499 set from The Parts Place. It includes lug nuts and center caps. Obviously they aren't chrome but the price is right

Kevin, Here is a pair someone listed on FaceBook OLDSMOBILE page but he shows (4.5") Bolt pattern which is probably Typo since it is on an Oldsmobile Group
