Fusick has the rubber bushings in their full sized catalog on page 24, Transmission Crossmember Support Bushings, part number 386195 at $35 for a pair. Sorry, I don't know about the metal brackets to hold them.

The brackets are fairly simple. You should be able to make them or have someone make them for you.
