Rear end Gears

Rear end Gears
In the next month I am going to change my rear end to a posi rear end. So I am looking for the gears i would like 3.23 gears to 3.42 gears I may even go to 3.08 but anything higher I don't think I will be able to go on the highway. Any info anyone may have on where to get them would be great. Thanks
