1966 Dynamic 88 Power Brake Booster Needed

Looking for a power brake booster of any quality for a 1966 Olds Dynamic 88. As long as it is structurally sound and can be rebuilt it should be OK.

I have found this cross reference list of vehicles using the same part.

Thanks for your help locating this part.

There's 2 different boosters in '65/'66, Bendix or Moraine. The pic you posted looks like a Moraine. Do you need the Moraine or will a Bendix suffice? I think the only functional difference between the 2 styles is that you need to match the correct master cylinder to the booster. I know I've got a few Bendix boosters and they should even have the master cylinder still on them. All were working when removed years ago, probably should be rebuilt due to age. $45 plus the shipping. Might have a Moraine, but would have to check.

Hello jhoppeolds

The straight scoop is I am looking for this for my friend's husband who lives in Sweden. They bought a rebuilt one form an autoparts store there and it did not work for them. As I remember the one they sold them was not as large and more round than the one I pictured here from RockAuto. That said I do not know which brand they have.

Let me get back to her and ask for the brand and a photo of the old one if they have it.

Thanks for your help.
