Hello fellas,

I recently bought a 1972 98. The engine of couse the 455 is in great condition and I start it up every day just to listen to it roar.

Nevertheless, I'm looking for a replacement hood. Has anyone seen or heard of anybody that has one that will fit

I know of a '68 or '69 98 4 door H/T that is going to be crushed up in Richardson. Hood is good on it, but don't if it will interchange. Call Ashley Thibeaux at Absolute Autowerks (972-231-9777) if you find out good news, am sure he will work with you. Be sure and tell him Aron sent you!

 

The 68/69 98 hood won't fit a 72. There might be a few interior parts that would change over like door lock covers, manual window cranks, radio,etc.
