Vince, can you provide a little more information? Are you looking for a 1970 Toronado GT transmission? I think that had the OM code stamped on it. Would you accept any other years/models? What city/state are you in? Location is especially important for large or heavy items as shipping very far will be expensive. John

68-70 W34. Rumour is some motorhomes and later trailer package Toros got it too but I've never seen one.

You may have to settle for an OJ case and put your OM internals in it, or try transferring the OM plate to the new trans.

Where is it cracked? Could it possibly be repaired? www.toronado.org may be your best bet to find an original OM case.

Vince, this isn't mine but they say it has a 3.73 final drive ratio and that it's from a motorhome. John

I know where a 70 GT is with no engine but still has the OM trans in it. The guy is a complete loser (I will be posting the story in the toronado section tomorrow) but I would not keep you from contacting him and seeing if he assaults you too!!

I have TH425 GT

I have a 1970 Toronado GT transmission (TH425) with the specific GT torque converter, transmission mounts, backing plate and insulation pad. I may even have the axles and boots for this transmission.

I purchased a 1970 Toronado GT and removed the transmission about 6-7 years ago. The transmission has been stored indoors since then but will require servicing since it has been sitting for a very long time. Check the photos out and let me know. I'm in Washington State close to Seattle.
