There’s a very clean ‘84 Cadillac Eldorado in the pick a part I frequent. Have not looked at engine closely, perhaps it’s the same 5.0 L since it’s a sister E body. It’s behind the ‘70 Catalina in this picture.

Technically you could use any stock "modern" Olds V8 valve covers for the most part. The 307 used a 5 hole valve cover on each side, but as long as you seal up the extra holes, you could use older style 10 bolt covers if you had to. GM used gasket maker goop for sealing the valve covers to the heads. The stuff gets old and cracks and leaks. If you're not worried about originality, make sure any valve cover you get is straight along the valve cover bolt holes (straighten as necessary)and use a good, quality aftermarket valve cover gasket. Over-crunching down the bolts doesn't do much for sealing and only makes any leaks worse.
If you can get the 5 hole covers, you'll be miles ahead, though. Otherwise, that's 10 extra holes to cover up and 10 extra chances for leaks. JMO.
