Need rearview mirror for '73 Delta 88

Obviously I could use any mirror but I am holding out for hope that I can find a new or new condition one out of '73 or at worst 71-75 Olds. I had my eye on 1 on ebay, being the only bidder until the last second and someone snatched it from me. I was stunned. Do not like the auction thing. Please help.

You were "sniped."

I wouldn't stop looking at auctions for this reason. That's part of the game and part of the fun. You only don't like it because you didn't win. Next time, YOU'LL be the guy bidding at the last second and winning, and then you'll love "the auction thing."

There's parts of bidding and of ebay we like, and there's parts we don't like. But there's too much good stuff on there that you'll never see in a lifetime of attending swap meets and posting pleas for parts on websites like this to abandon it. I've gotten nice pieces for my cars over the years. It's just another source like anything else.
