What engine is that? Doesn't look like an Iron Duke, it's the four banger that came after it? 2.2 L? See four spark plug leads. Go to pick a parts once a week in el paso texas, that item should be very easy to find. Lumina should be the same?

 

But that head has 4 spark plugs. 3.1 should only have 3 per side.
