Need 4 of This Item (?) for '69 H/O, 442, Ctlss

Posting a photo of what I believe is a retaining/anchoring plate (for lack of a better term).
There are 4 on the underside of the body, and I'd like to replace all of them.

I think those are the seat belt retainer/anchor plates. I'm not sure where you can buy them, or why you would need them. Usually you can heat the bolts and get them out.

Not sure why you would want to replace, if you want to remove bolt clean up with wire brush soak with some penetrating oil .

Do you need to replace those because of a rust condition??? They are welded to the floor pan and will need to be cut out, unless already missing or destroyed for some reason... If the bolt is broke, just drill / rethread the nut portion of the pad...

They are pretty rusty, especially the center two.
Since they are welded in place (thanks for that info CRUZN 66), I’ll just keep them and clean them up.
