Looks similar to this but is just plain steel and uses a large tooth washer. Little rusty OK just needs good threads.

The 68 442 I have here has the same ones so I am sure they were used on lots of cars.

 

lowes and other places have stainless carriage head bolts that look similar but not identical. Okay if originality is not too important...
I am thinking of using these to plug the bumper guard holes of my new back bumper.

 

Looking for an original weathered bolt.
