Manual Radio Antenna Components / '68 442

I'm looking for all components for connecting the radio to the manual radio antenna (I have the mast), and securing the mast to the fender.
I can get the plastic retainer nut via a parts source. But I need all other remaining components.
Thanks.

The antenna cable is part of the base. One small screw holds the base into the underside of the fender. A spacer and nut and bezel finish the top. What is missing?
