Been keeping my eye out but haven't come across exactly what I am looking for so I thought I would post a shopping list.

Looking for:
7042250 - Quadrajet Carb (just a decent rebuild candidate)
4-bbl cast iron manifold for 350
4-bbl air cleaner
driver quality set of backup light lenses
set of 7a heads, something that can be rebuilt

or....

If somebody happens to have a 72 4bbl 350 lying around I wouldn't be opposed to a road trip to pick up the whole thing.

This is all for a 72 S / 350 2bbl and a bad case of spring fever!

Make it a real road trip, come to Florida! I've got all of that stuff, cheap. No 7As, but I have 7s and 6s.

Its quite tempting with the winter we have had here in Indiana!

 

I have everything except maybe the carb, & I might have that too. I'm on the south side of Indy, north of Greenwood. Shop local.

Sweet, its at least south right? It has to be a little warmer....

I work for a company based in Beech Grove so I find my way down there on occasion. Maybe I should plan a shopping trip? It would be great it I could get all the bits I needed to do the 2bbl to 4bbl swap in one spot...
