Hi JonnyO: No, it cost $18 a year for 6 issues. If you join now, you will get the Sept/Oct and Nov Dec issues for free because I will make your membership expire 12/31/20. I give extra issues to people that join after June just to make bookkeeping easier. The Sept/Oct issue will be completed in about the next 10 days. Too bad you didn't post sooner, the last issue was the color issue which includes color photos of the cars that attended OCA Nationals.
