Arrow Looking for 65-67 complete 425ci

Prefer original unmolested and recently running but let me know what you might have. Also consider parts car with same engine and 400 automatic. Thanks!

Where are you located? I just looked at a '66 98 in southern Delaware that is more of a parts car but has a very good running 425 V8.

I am located in Iowa. A parts car sounds good if the price is right. My email address is dwwilliams73@gmail.com
Thanks, Don

Don,

I had sent this to your email address but it just came back as undeliverable. So, here is the message again.

Don,

The guy wanted $800 for the car and here is a link to some pics he =
posted. The car is a bit rougher in person than the photos but the =
engine runs well. When I looked at it on Sunday I wanted parts like the =
inside and outside mirrors, door handles, wiper and window motors so I =
can improve my Toronado. When I got there the windows didn't operate =
and the chrome parts were worse than what I have already. About the only =
things that were usable for me were the tires and wiper motor. Not =
quite worth it to me. Anyway, when I looked over the car I put a vacuum =
gauge on her and the needle was pretty steady, holding at 18 inches of =
vacuum. I adjusted the timing a bit and got another inch of vacuum. =
After I left the owner sent me an email saying he did a bunch of things =
to the engine like replacing a hose or two, set the timing and dwell and =
it was running better since than.

I also have a 66 425 that is .30 over with roller tip rockers, push rod guideplates, valley pan, that is pretty fresh. Got it with a car I bought. Would be willing to sell that engine. It is a toronado engine no carb, but does have a distributor.
