Looking for 425/455 Big block core

Looking for 66-67 425 Toronado or 68-72 455 engine block. I am currently rebuilding a 1966 425 and have a non Toronado D code block with the 45 degree lifter angle from a 98. I am looking for a new block so I can use my stock forged crank and rods but get the benefit of the modern lifter angle so I can get aftermarket cams as opposed to custom ground. I would prefer if it is in good enough shape (ie factory bore and deck height) to do light machining but not need anything crazy. I am in the Cleveland area and would prefer something that I could drive to pick up (5 or so hours around the city) as not to pay super high shipping. Thank you and any advice is also appreciated as this is my first rebuild and I am learning as I go.

425/455 Big block core

I potentially have either block; would have to check bank angle on the 425. Problem is I'm down here in sunny South Florida. I ship large items with Fastenal or you may know someone coming down to escape the Great White North or enjoy our Winter racing season. I also have a good used set of 425 0.030" forged pistons. If interested, email me direct: drolds1@bellsouth.net. Thanks, Bob..

Frankly, you'll be money ahead to just get a cam from Mark Remmel. He'll not only get you the exact profile for your application, but 45 vs 39 deg bank angle is no issue for him.
