I need one , so my gear shift will lock correctly. It's hard to put in park.
I need a gearshift bushing I guess.

I think you are having a problem with your back drive linkage? These parts move whenever you move the shifter, weather if it's on the column or on the floor. There is a small bracket mounted to the frame under the drivers feet that should have a small spring & white round plastic bushing. If that's the bushing you need, I have a few of them. $12.00 shipped reasonable?
