Senders should be available through RockAuto or your local parts store.
If you need a steering wheel, just post up a Parts Wanted ad for one.
You'll need to specify whether tilt / tele or regular (which includes tilt-only), and the color.

Welcome to the site. I moved your post to parts wanted. As Eric stated above the sending unit should be available easily and you need some additional info for the steering wheel.
