That's the optional sport steering wheel from 1970-77 Cutlass/442. They're on ebay all the time, you can check there to see what they've been selling for. The plastic center of the horn button is often cracked, stress cracks from just being old plastic. If yours is crack free that's a plus. There was a grain to the wheel but the material it's made out of was soft enough that it usually wore off. Also they get sticky sometimes, that's a negative but very common. John

i paid 150 for mine on ebay with no cap or hub...

 

Thanks everybody ! I posted here because I am not sure if I wish to sell it or not. I do know I don't want to put it in my 65.
Theres a Cutlass in my future that may require this wheel? It will look good on my wall till I decide.
