I have some A heads. Some still on the engine in the car.
What features do you require?
One set was [poorly] rebuilt and probably needs new valves and a rebuild by a person with a clue. If you neeeeeed the 400 CID engine application stamp, then I can't help, all my A heads are from 88/98 engines. If you just need "an" A head, that I have plenty of.

State your location maybe?

In my experience heads cost around $20-50 each to ship from here to the lower 48, depending on exact destination.
