I have a nice pair. I think I have some pictures on my computer at home. They are the skirts that are correct for a 55.

 

Two Door or four,hardtop or sedan. There are two different kinds. Larry

 

Rocketowner, I think all the 88 skirts are the same. The 98 has different skirts. I corresponded with scharpp and what he really wants are 54 skirts since they are full and do not have the teardrop cutout like the 55 88 has. There is a pair of 54 88 skirts on ebay right now for about $125. They look pretty decent. The 54 and 55 88 skirts will interchange.

 

X2 . I overlooked that had specified "88".All '55 "88"'s were Tear drops except the 4 door hard tops. The '55 4door hardtop skirts were the same as "98 Hardtop. Larry

I never paid that much attention to the 55 four door hardtop. I am not sure if I ever saw one and if I did I don't remember when. Of course I remember Burt Reynolds and WW and the Dixie Dance Kings.

 

I'm also looking for a decent pair of fender skirts for a 55 2dr coupe. I followed the ones on eBay but never pulled the trigger. Are yours still available.
