Bolt pattern is 4 x 4.5
Any ideas where I can get one?

Click on the Private Messages link under your name in the top right corner of the screen. Then click on the pull down for "Jump to folder" in the Folders control box. Click on "Sent items" and hit the "Go Button" if it doesn't automatically take you there.

The "sent items" folder is empty, so I guess I´m doing somthing wrong...hmm

 

You can click on Joes name and then click on send private message. It will take you to that page. Put a title and subject and hit send.
