My Hydramatic shift lever broke in 2 pieces the first few days I had my car. The break occurred at a spot near the steering column, under the rubber boot. It may have been broken and jury-rigged when I bought it.

I can shift the car without it, so I'm not in dire need of a new gearshift lever. And I may be able to get a machine shop to fix the original. But my perference is to replace it with a donor lever.

If anyone out there has a shift lever - or even an entire column - please let me know. I'm not even sure what range of model year levers will work.
